Only in August, both of which are VERY nearly outdated.
Probably more reliable to use this single sale.
Yeah
No, they aren't, for the reason I just stated. Actually.
*Ahem* from the suggestion guidelines (which I am having to read to a black belt):
Part 1. What is valid proof?
Sales
Sales older than 2 months old are not valid proof;

That's a quote from the rules. It's 2 months.
This is not a -very- rare hat, and the newer sale is taking precedence.
You are wrong. Stop now.
Black belts don't seem to mean much when coming from someone who rarely does unusuals (happy), and when the target defendant (you) has mastered unusual suggesting to an art.
Another prime example of the stupidity of humans.
I don't understand why people are picking on him, much less feel the need to call him stupid. There's literally nothing wrong with what he has said. There's nothing wrong with doing a bit more digging into sales that are 2-3 months old on a hat that has 1 other sale. Let's say those turn out to be 60 each. Wouldn't that make you feel better about this getting a suggestion at 60? What if those turn out to be 40 each or 80 each. Wouldn't that make you a bit curious if this sale is an outlier? Maybe would make you check offers a bit?
First sale is ~60, quite close, 2nd is very low. (both are at first glance though, didnt investigate the sales further) in the 2nd sale, 5 keys and a s.pro degreaser (~12 ish) were added to a 62 key hat, which would put that at 45 (assuming offered, so w/o overpay).
Guessing those sales can be used as "supportive for the drop", but given their age, especially relative to the sale MiiG is using here, Id support his suggestion based on that sale and go for 63 flat
Sale was indeed a simple 1:1, they offered the Ballcap to me. I can't believe it actually took me 3 months to sell the damn thing...
Searing has always been a tough sell. And 60 is a high price.
