Been looking for the 1:1 since it was unboxed, followed it for about a year, new trades came up within the last few days, price has gone up each time so recommending new price:

A price range should be based on concrete numbers, like only suggest 41 keys if there was a sale at 41 keys. You also need past sales for a price, an unsold buyout doesn't help you much.

If the previous owner sold for 25 keys, why are you suggesting at 26? There is no proof for 26 here.
