Sales at ~61, 70 and 74. The 62 is based on a duped hat; the clean one sold for 70 pure and would match the low end of what Im suggesting. Gonna exclude 61 and keep the drop conservative. Matches with buyouts I found on this when I minied it a month or two ago.

As for the modest suggestion:

- theres a relatively old sale for a spellbound fukaa (would be 75 after overpay) (More info: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/563f8b09dea9e9ee477f7679 )

- The spartan sale would be (81-2)*0.9 = ~70 (given that the spartans pricing at ~81 is correct)

- The sale for the vivid modest would be 0.9*72 = 65

there may be more sales that I'd check out, but the accepted range is still very high
