http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27396792 - spec ks 8.5 keys 1 day +
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27373274 - regular 8.5 keys 4 days +
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27366449 - spec ks just under 8.5 keys 6 days +
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27365565 - regular 8.5 keys 6 days +
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27336563 - regular just under 8.5 keys over a week
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27353552 - regular 8.5 keys 1 week +
Seems to me if the spec ks are being offered at 8.5 keys and go unsold a week with bumping, non ks unsold over a week, so many listed at 8 keys, ... well , this needs a price drop.
Comments, concerns, questions post below
So we can safely say that 8.5 keys is too high, but you need much stronger proof for 8.
If there are loads at 8 keys you need to post the link/screenshot of that listing.
But yes, 8.5 keys is too high and definitely needs a drop.
did you miss the link for the classies? full page at 8 http://postimg.org/image/aka1zp0wx/
I didn't bother with outpost listings at 8 because there's overlap between that and classifieds. 10 listings at 8 on classies should be sufficient with unsolds over that I would think.
posting outpost ads that are done by the same people with the classifieds ads would be better, outpost ads have trackable history and such, classified ads disappear and there's no real record
hence the screenshot. now there's 2 listed under 8 keys. http://backpack.tf/classifieds?%20item=SMG&quality=11&tradable=1&craftable=1&australium=1 todays classies still over 1 page at 8 or under

i have listed unsolds with even spec ks going on a week unsold. pretty cut and dry. using classies with a screen shot and providing unsolds at current is quite an accepted way of lowering.
the screenshot doesn't easily allow tracking the history of the items :u names change, ads disappear. I was just saying, the corresponding outpost ads that go with the certain classifieds are better
ok fine. here's the first bp users links

there. now you have users, and proof they listed at given prices. end of discussion
you know it's fine if you don't post the outpost links, I'm not saying you have to. I pretty much just wanted to point out that it's not necessarily the best policy to use the classifieds ad if there's a corresponding outpost ad that could be used instead. I suppose profile links work instead of the outpost ads since you can backpack history check them
I did wrong by pricing it at 9 keys xD
oh well
when I saw that, the bump to 9, I was like wtf? but you had a couple sales... didn't last long in any case
