Conclusion:

4.33 ref seems to have an invalid market, with all trades being either poorly bumped or quicksold; no reason to leave it in the range. 1 Classifieds seller at 5 ref and 1 sale at 5.33 ref should be enough for a small market, and SCM supports; taking 5-5.33 ref as the new price.
