Near ID shows 8 keys added with the Pipe, and it was most likely offered here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26971202 . That sale should be 21.5 - 8 = ~14 keys

Sale #1 I looked at before and I decided not to add it because there are no recent sales or sellers on the unusual, which makes the sale invalid since we can't get a valid price on it.

Sale #2 was a bit complicated, I didn't want to use that to because it looked like an outlier, but from Bob's point of view, it was the axtinguisher + pro ks gold botkiller stickybomb launcher MK.I.

When i say it was most likely offered is because of the autobump trade and the fact that keys were added to the Pipe. Not 100% sure, but most likely yes. I don't think that someone would set his B/O at 30 and then add 8 keys for a hat worth 21.5

Something else had to be added in sale 2, but i can't seem to figure what. Now i see that Horaces have different levels.

Ok to sum it up, he added 8 keys to the pipe for the fro, you can also see them here: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198141109893?time=1443682800&compare=1445151600 (he bought all those ks weapons from the scm, they werent part of the trade)

I believe the horace was sold on the scm and only the pro axt paid + the pro ks golden botkiller stickybomb launcher. Not sure if keys were added as well but nothing seems so.

So both sales would come up as like 14 keys? Seems a bit low but might be accurate.

I'm not sure how much the pro sticky is worth actually, but I think 5-6 keys, so we would have 2 sales at 14 actually. I guess this isn't that low at all considering hearts is only 15 keys either.
