Conclusion: young seller could quicksell at any moment, but because it's the only seller on outpost that's not unsold for a large amount of time, I'll let it mature. but clearly, 1.66 ref cannot sell

Why don't you make a suggestion after it matures? If it quicksells this is invalid.
