Low end:
Steam charges 15% to list an item.
This comes out as 2.949. Rounding to 2.95
19.66-2.95=16.71
Taking keys as £1.55 again, It comes to 15.50 if we times it by 10. Still taking ref as 0.08.
10 keys 15 ref = 16.70
Rounding to 11 keys.
High end:
After calculating, it is roughly near 12 keys. 1.55*12=18.60
1.04=13 ref
I took ref as £0.08 which is the lowest on bp.tf.
In total, the seller paid 12 keys and 13 ref.
I will admit, I have enjoyed doing this. It's taught me quite a bit.
Any links?

What was wrong with my calculations? As far as I know, they're correct, and you still don't have a range as needed. Converting currencies is not always accurate, as the SCM is based off of USD and converted from there on the fluctuating exchange rates.
As it stands right now, Mindacos has the better one open in my opinion.
