the peace csc is outdated and I remember its sales being extremely discrepant when I priced it. Using its current price this sale would be below 100, but he has received a ton of offers that would be substantially above 100 even after overpay. Gonna call this an outlier.

As Ive been following Donut's trade as well, I know he lowered his buyout on the way, but he has had it up for a while at 155 before selling. Even though his sale is not really usable, it feels weird not using 155 as it has been "unsold" at 155 for at least 3-4 weeks. Making a range of 155-160 based on that.
