Your 3.55 seller in classifieds has had his listing up for 13 days and hasn't sold, he's definitely an outlier, but you do have scrap.tf supporting your low end selling at 3.55, which I guess is fine..

I'm not familiar with bots being accepted to change a price, but they do sell a lot of an item in 1 day, so it seems fine to me.
