Edit: did a check on the guy I bought it off. He is not a scammer alt, there is nothing to suggest he is a scammer alt. He has one pending, unconfirmed report for a broken trade agreement, and hasn't received a tag of any kind. Therefore, there's no issue with the suggestion or the trade whatsoever
