According to the item IDs, it seems to only be 10 keys pure + ~ 20 refs in sweets.
You will need to sort by time the seller's backpack to figure this out. Between The Golden Garment and The Snow Scoper, the item ID has a skip which suggested that there were 2 separate trades.

If they were in the same trade, the ID should be a lot closer. For example the key next to the golden garment has this ID 4065468077. The difference between the golden garment's ID and the key is only 6.
The buyer's backpack seem to confirm the content of the sale.
