        I would resuggest at 0.11-0.22. That way 0.16 would be the middle price, some sale at 0.11 happen, but I'm sure also some at 0.22 sometimes.

      scrap.tf in most cases, isn't used as proof.

      But yeah, you're right.

      On top of that, scrap.tf sells them for 2 and as far as I know, they rarely sell.
