The screenshot for the outlier at 30 keys is the same as for the blokes so I have no idea what the 30 key sale is.

Nice pure sale. So why exactly is 30 an outlier? An unsold at 33 is not enough reasoning for that imo.

My opinion was that if it can't sell at 33 in a month, 16 flat is more reasonable than 16-30 or 30 flat. It's not particularly well bumped though, so 16-30 could work too. Your opinion is more relevant than mine here, so I'll leave continued discussion to you and the guy suggesting, lol.

Well of course you have a point I have a feeling the range should be like 22-30 or something like that (but obviously no sale at 22). In this case we probably just wait til the 33 key one sold.

I have to agree. 30 keys is an all pure sale. We have no reliable basis to call that an outlier. In fact, since the most recent sale for this is at 30 pure and the other sale being used here was from way back in August, I would argue 30 flat is the better suggestion value here.
