Conclusion:

SCM supports a drop. Many unsolds at 3.77-4 ref; no reason to leave it in the range. 3 ref seems to have an invalid market; not including that in the range either. Excluding 3.22 ref too as I lack solid proof for it, other than 1 valid Classified seller. With 3 sellers on Outpost and 8 sellers on the Classifieds for 3.33 ref, there's no doubt that it should be in the range. I haven't proven that 3.66 ref doesn't sell yet, and the Classifieds agree that it's still a common trade point; gonna leave it in the range for now. Taking 3.33-3.66 ref as the new price.
