but why :O? it just havnt got the price yet? its worth that much right? its easyer when i see the price cus right now there is no price on it yet bus if you chek te market price its just an easy calcalation on how many keys its worth.

That's not what he's saying either.
He's saying you need actual sales, i.e. evidence that people have actually sold/bought this for the price you suggested. Anyone can say "I'm selling for $xxx.xx.", but unless people have bought it for $xxx.xx, it does not matter.
