I just purchased this for my Death at Dusk Boot http://backpack.tf/stats/Unusual/Stately%20Steel%20Toe/Tradable/Craftable/90 (31 Keys) and about 2 Keys of Ref (2Keys) Total: 33 keys.

This is a small amount of proof, but im just trying to get a price out there. Since it is only 1 sale and is the first sale, its hard to gather evidence.

it's not his 'opinion' , it's fact. read closely the part 3, exception 2. you don't meet those criteria as you did have it listed, aren't a collector, and a month hasn't gone by since your purchase. In any case, the pricing for boot is outdated and you need a mini anyways.

The Steel Toe is still outdated, you still need a mini. You still need one more sale, because you are trying to resell it, or wait 1 month. You still need to apply overpay.
