wasn't planning on doing one anytime soon, but i losta ton (like 400 ref) of backpack value after buying this item, so I believe it needs a price change.

Actually, I disagree. You will sit with losing 40% of your backpack value because you made a bad trade. Just because you lost backpack value buying an item does not mean that it is relevant evidence for a price change.
