Sale 2 would be ~120 but:

and in sale 1 it was offered on an item with a buyout of 80. Both of those make 120 look like a very likely outlier.

As for the value drop: its hard to make tier comparisons here, since most boxcars are outdated.

It can now be used for the slick I guess, sinc etheres no other sales. at current value it supports the low end.

Now that theres the rebel sale, theres too much higher than 65 for me to ignore. The rebel is slightly overvalued in my eyes, but eh, a sale is a sale. The higher sale ~3+ months ago kinda supports the high end here. Rounding 96 to 95 and making the range 65-95
