Why are there three Koala Compacts but no Li'l Snaggletooths? Questions that will never be answered.
Buyer for 75 keys:

Buyers can be used to raise a price, especially with such a small market.
Funnily enough yes you're right on both counts. Raven is on my friends list, and I'm increasing the price of these Collector's items based on a valid buyer.
Raven has completed transactions through Paypal before, meaning that he can get keys at a moment's notice, or just straight up buy the items with cash. Disregarding that, since he is able to buy any of the items on his "wishlist", it means that he's a valid buyer for any of them.
True enough, but not everyone leaves +trust, and the payments were fairly substantial. As an example the Collector's Tuxxy sale involved Paypal but Bob didn't leave a rating: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/5595f450ba8d88be178b457c
Dang it. I Need this
I think Draco Blaze might still have a set?
EDIT: http://backpack.tf/item/2402170808 Not sure if he's selling, but more likely to than the other owners.
