No he doesn't. If there's an unsold at a lower price, it acts as an unsold for anything higher
In this case, if 2.66 ref can't sell, it most likely can't sell for 3 ref

Yes, but I was saying that if there's sufficient evidence for a drop, nothing higher is necessary because A) It's higher than the suggested price and B) It's not a sale nor a buyer to impact any sort of range.
Good sugfestion, it is a small market. You don't need to include unsolds above the current price if you're price dropping, though

2 ref seems the most common trade point. Plenty of sellers at 2-2.66 ref taking a while to sell, so it's probably okay to not include the 3 ref trade in the range.
