Oh my god, whats wrong with me today?:

1) Sold for Electrostatic Bonk Helm(25*0.9)+1 key pure=23.5 keys

3) http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27210345 :B/O is 24 keys/Sold for 20 keys pure

Just sold mine for orb. planets gilded guard + ks widowmaker kit (around 4 ref (0,2k) + 24 ref pure (1,25k)

Orb planets gilded guard = 27,5k (1y old price)

(27,5 + 0,2) = 27,7 (in items)

27,7 * 0,9 = 25,11 (removing 10% for overpay in items)

25,11 + 1,25 = 26,3 keys (after adding pure)

I believe that sale 2 is a quicksell like instantly, so I don't think the value of that should be included in this suggestion.

Looks like sale 3 sold quickly as well, but with the first sale at 24 Keys, I think it will be alright if you have suggested at 20-24 Keys.

The new sale that Antosheek provided should be around ~23 Keys as well, so it will fit in the range of 20-24 Keys.

I agree that 18 looks like an outlier here. Honestly, even the 20 key pure sale went fast. I would probably go with 20-26 here.
