Collector's Criminal Cloak, Backpack Broiler and Ward were sold in a bulk deal for 275 CS:GO keys. Based on outpost buyers it seems fair to treat it as 15 CS:GO keys to 16 TF2 keys, with automated buyers such as here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27337957

Taking 125 CS:GO keys at a 15:16 ratio, this works out to be 133 keys pure.
