I'm treating the #50 Deep Cover at the value of 4 keys, so 115+4 = 119 x 0.9 = 107.

I think you need a mini for the cover?

Pretty hard to sometimes. If there's available sales, they should be used, but normally a rough estimate is fine.

4 keys on the #50 DCO is close enough that it won't matter. If it's really 2 keys or 15 that's still within the range and there's no way it's more than 15 keys.

Wouldn't the towel being strange affect the price?

Given you can buy the Strangifier for under a key on the SCM I'd say it adds a pretty unsubstantial portion to the value.
