Conclusion:

1 Valid Sale at 40 Keys, taking a flat range of 40 Keys.

Count the Mongolian as 9, not 8. Don't apply overpay to the crown, as it sold for pure.

So, 14 * 0.9 = 13 + 32 = 45.

As overpay is already applied, this should be 45.

I did consider the overpay but my reasoning for the Mongolian is that if it hasn't sold in 2 months, it shouldn't be valued at 9 Keys, though I do realize now that I did apply overpay in the mini and then in the sale.

I didn't apply overpay to the crown since it did sell for pure but I did apply overpay on the Executioner since the Raincatcher sold for a hat that sold for a hat that sold for pure. It doesn't seem like it makes sense not to apply overpay here.

Taking into account the Mongolian at 9, this would raise the value of the Raincatcher by a key to 41 Keys.
