I bought it from him. I knew it was duped. He was asking for 10 keys which is the lower end in the actual range

31.29/1.15 is 27.21. 27.21/2.47 is 11 keys.

As noted by Sam P45 there are buyers at 9 keys for any effect so I am taking 9 to 11 range.

And you might want to tidy this up, this is a mess - edit out all the stuff about steam sales, for starters, because it's irrelevant.
