Oh lordy, this is my first suggestion?

So, sold this for a key. They provided gift wrap.

There's another trade of the same ilk on Outpost also for a key, but it's for a Strange Haunted version. Pretty sure it doesn't factor in, but there it is anyway.

It's a confident thing to price when a first suggestion occurs - Rare ass items are so sporadic to price

This is a shit suggestion as it not tradable item

With Gift Wrap, it is entirely possible to trade it. As such, a price suggestion can be made for it. As with other untradable items traded in the same manner.

I hate seeing a price for non tradable items it is pointless

I can see how you'd feel that way however I, and others, do not. Just because an item is marked as 'untradable' does not automatically mean it cannot have a price. I have managed to sell it to someone through a common means of selling untradables and therefore it is not exempt from having a price put upon it.

Proof is good + I doubt there are going to be any more sales of this anytime soon, so upvote.
