Bandanna has no Mini to my knowledge.

yeah, thats why the gibus can be used for it instead :P. I know zwabbster has been selling it for ~240 for quite a while and he ended up taking the offer shown above.

250 flat is probably high; I know Snow Pyro has been offering this around on hats between 200 and 250 without much success, and ended up selling it for a hat with a BO of 200 (the guy added, but even using buyouts that would be lower than 250), and his purchase is bound to be lower than this
