I purchased this beauty for a Professional Killstreak Scorching Flames Noble Amassment of Hats:

Polar said the pro ks generally don't add value to the noble so I'm taking the recently updated Noble's price as it is.

Pro ks doesn't add any value??? The "normal" Pro ks kit is ~100 keys last I remember.

The kit itself is around 60 keys, but when applied to something it doesn't add more than ~5 keys to its value for sure.

The Kit has absolutely NO effect on cosmetic items. It does has an effect tho on all weapons, even those who have no killstreak kit otherwise like gunboats, rocket jumper and sandwich.

It's generally accepted that the kit adds no value until proven otherwise - as seen here:

Just to clarify, spells, kits, etc don't matter much on higher tier hats. On a 20 key hat, adding 40 key spell or kit may have a small effect on value. Also, with lower tier hats there's a greater chance that the trade involves a less experienced trader who gets suckered into a well-advertised trade.
