Not like it matters, but i'm curious, why exactly does 18.5 round to 18 instead of 19?
Because it wasn't "18.5" it was 18 keys and 8 refined when keys were worth more than 16 refined. So it's 18.5 to the nearest 0.1, but 18 to the nearest whole integer.
Well, i asked because keys were 16 refs at the time of the sale https://backpack.tf/vote/id/55f83786dea9e9ab378b45a5 (sale happened between Sept. 5th and 7th, key suggestion for 16.11 refs was approved on Sept 17th). But then again, it doesn't matter.
Keys had been stagnant at 16 for a looong time before that key suggestion was made, the recent price spike shows they had been rising gradually for a while.
Yeah, i was about to edit my post about that. The suggestion for 16.11 refs was closer to the time of the sale than the one for 16 refs, so you are correct :D
