And I forgot the range :/
The market for this is a mess. Suffice to say, why does it need a range?

Market for this is sloppy, needs a drop. 1.66 looks like it'll work, despite the poorly bumped proof. 1.88 also seems like it'll be doable.
Your 1.66 instasold?
Yeah, can't seem to find it in his bp.
It may look like the classifieds are valid from that screenshot but there's 6 pages of classifieds, so ten 1.66 sellers would be needed - no valid 1.66 proof here.
Just sold it for 2 ref (pure): http://puu.sh/lCuFd/83626065ca.png.
It also seems your last link finally sold it for 1.88 from the looks of the item's history: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27434879
Your 1.66 is indeed unbumped. For 5 days. That isn't valid.
There are a few sellers at 1.66 in the classies however, and buyers are buying for 1.33, you should include these.
1.33 doesn't help anything nor is it in the range?
The buyers at 1.33 rather than ~1.66 show that it does need a drop. It shouldn't be in the range.
