I tried to sell this for 1 Ref for about ~3 Weeks.

I gave up and sold it for 0.11.

Going to assume that the 0.05 seller has only been unsold for a month because his trade keeps becoming inactive, so i'm going to ignore it. Having owned one of these, 1.00 doesn't happen at all. 0.11 should be fine.
