I'm downvoting. The buyer at 1 ref is an outlier because he wants one that's specifically level 99.

Also, you need sales at 1 ref; sellers tells us nothing.

Yup, I just removed the buyer. He has 1 sale at 1 ref but I don't think that's enough for 1 ref flat. Maybe 0.66-1 could work tho.
