I agree with aaron here (tho you cant see his comment :P), I don't think you can call "keep offers above 70 keys" a 70 pure b/o. Yes some of the people who write it like that would take 70 pure, other's would start considering it but ending up wanting more, others just hate lowballs below that and want more..anyways I think not capping would be fairer.

Yeah... I wouldn't cap off that here either. Who knows if he would have taken 70 pure
