Technically, wouldn't most spy hats be themed with this effect? eg. Alert lights?
That sounds kinda forced to me :P I can kinda understand knifestorm as theme for spy hats, and maybe smoking if youre really openminded ('cause spy smokes), but thats about it imo :P
