Conclusion:

It was priced at 4.3 Buds over a year ago. While effect tiers do not have to correspond with values, burning tsarboosh is priced at 55 Keys so 47 Keys for RA sounds reasonable. One valid sale at 47 Keys, taking a flat range of 47 Keys
