I don't think you can do a flat drop to 3 ref - you only have one young seller at 3 and the classifieds proof is technically invalid as there needs to be 10 sellers at a certain price point for classifieds to count (as this is a common item)

3.33 flat should work due to the 2 week old seller though

with the new script you can count they as valid sellers

3.33 is a far more common trading point. It's also worth noting that two of the sellers at 3 are the same person
