it sold for the western (~23.5) and for ~25 in stuff. Taking avg rounding to 24

Going with 25-29 here. 22 is a tad low and is based on a dupe. The clean equivalent is currently priced at ~30 and the hat it sold for in one of the minis was priced higher as well. Chances are the seller took bptf blindly. 25-29 seems better here
