B/o was 12 in his previous trade - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27436371 - im pretty sure it stayed the same, i would cap the sale at 12.

There are also 5 of these billycocks that have possible sales, and i'd like to confirm if this is the only usable sale. Take a look if you already haven't.

This was the only sale at the time when this suggestion was posted, but I'll try to find if there any other sales that I might have overlook.
