Conclusion:

Valid sales at 310, 500, 370 and 470 keys. Taking a final range of 310-500 keys.

Given that one of those B/Os at 450 has been open for a month, don't you think your high-end is pushing it a little bit?

The 500 sale was over 2 months ago at the peak of hype, I think it being discounted by that merit alone is fair.

That leave 470 an outlier given the B/Os.

I think its pushing it a bit but that's what we have the huge range for. Average price of 410 seems ok to me.

I guess so. I think this suits 310-370 better but this doesn't hurt for now.

That's probably the price from now in 1-2 months, feel free to keep an eye on future sales and narrow the range down if you want to.

It is pretty wide, but I could live with it.

It is indeed arguably a wider than usual range, but for higher-tier items I think it would be fine as it addresses more sales and the price would just be a general guideline anyways. People who would want to purchase this item in the future would just look at this suggestion as a reference and they would know what to pay from experience.

Why isn't this 370-500? There is a 280 quicksell.. 310 is pretty close to it. And then you have 500 keys Sale in pure.

And you have two b/os at 450 keys. If you call 310 an outlier because of the quicksell then you should call 500 (and maybe even 450) and outlier because of those b/os. But I rather had a bigger range and include all the valid sales.

Then 370-450 perhaps? I saw a similar thing happen with the scorching rack. Sale was higher, but had to be ignored/capped due to b/os. Not to mention that the average would work out close to this suggestion's.

That's reasonable, but 310-500 has the same mean and the wider range gives the added value of showing how variable the value still is on this. Can be narrowed with further sales.
