Festivizer is outdated, you need a mini for that. Also you have to apply overpay.

Still need overpay. The other suggestion would end up at 29 for the festivizer, then with overpay would be 26. Add one key for the refined value (rounded) and you have a flat value of 27 here.

29ref with 1key= 19ref = 1.52 keys so adding that to 26 key (festivizer after overpay) gives you 27.52 which rounds up to 28 :u?
