Sold for a Poisoned shadows bot dogger (35 keys) + Diamond botkiller scattergun (1.75, rounding up to 2) = 37*.9=33.3 rounds to 33.

I dont think this is really needed. It was priced a month ago and the sale is still valid. This sale confirms the value is still accurate.

So should I close this and wait a few months until re suggesting?

It's probably best to close it. Its a value change <5% for a hat that has been priced a month ago.
