Range would be 35 - 55, haven't posted the mini yet tho.

Any reason overpay isn't applied? This seems a bit high. The other sale alluded to may be an outlier but the seller had the trade up for more than a month with a b/o of 53. With overpay this sale would be 50 and probably better than the value of 55.

Same mistake as my Whirly Warrior suggestion, will ressugest.
