Sale #1
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198103239580?time=1447401600&compare=1447488000
Sold for Spec KS Australium Ambassador (16) + Sweets (1)
Seems as if the Luger was swapped
16+1 = 17
Only recent useable sale
I've researched on this hat the other day and what made me hesitate to submit the suggestion by using this sale was an offer made 3 weeks ago, which should at least be higher than the sale here.

In which, by logic, you can't deny this offer as an outlier because the value is quite close to the sale. I would be interested to see what the next sale will be.
Admittedly, the hat in the offer is very outdated:

Perhaps with an update a range can be made, with the offer being the high-end?
From what I understand, Item offers can't be used in a range, but merely serve as to show an Outlier. If, for instance, someone was offered 25 Pure, and that offer was rejected, then 25 can be used in the Range.
I don't see why item offers can't be used after applying overpay, as that would theoretically represent the pure value for that item.
*shrugs*
Looks like the seller currently can't sell his and I doubt he can sell his for a week later as well. I think a range with the offer at the high-end will work.
Offer being the high-end is definitely allowed by the way. I've done suggestions which is based on a pure sale in the low-end and offers on the high-end before and it did get accepted although it's 2 years ago.
Of course, Polar also said it's allowed recently on here: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/563dac14b98d882656e94b66
EDIT: I've just realized that I've replied to the wrong person. Sorry Jacob :P
