Sale 2 :

Mini for the Stash :
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198069696413?time=1444201200&compare=1444287600
51,7 pure keys for NnB Stash + Strange Krietkreig + Orbiting Fire Outdoorsman
Using overpay for unusuals that makes : 37,7 / 0.9 = 41.8 minus the Outdoors, it makes 31.3 keys rounded to 31.
Back to the sale :
112.5 + 31 + 2 = 145.5
Using Overpay : 145.5 * 0.9 = 130 keys
You're missing overpay in sale 1. Sale 2 you're applying double overpay, which is unnecessary, and the mini has no links, so no proof of sale there. Also it would be good to input in parentheses what all the values are, namely for the Outdoorsman as I have no idea how much you valued it in your equation and why.
Sale 1 is 1 unusual for 1 unusual. It's difficult to know who overpaying who so i didi'nt applied it.
Forgot the link of mini, will add it but it's not a double overpay application, i applied once for the mini then 1 for the sale #2.
"Using overpay for unusuals that makes : 37,7 / 0.9 = 41.8 minus the Outdoors, it makes 31.3 keys rounded to 31.

You've applied double overpay.
The first overpay is for the mini in order to have an idea of the price of the Nuts n' Bolts Soldier's Stash.
The second overpay is for the sale of the Purple Confetti Tipped Lid itself.
Yes. That's double overpay.
You don't apply double overpay.
Don't patronise me.
Hold on.
I understand if it was X = Y
(Mini for Y)
Y = Z
(Mini for Z)
Z = A
And that as such you don't apply overpay on one of the values since THAT'S a stacked overpay, where it's 0.81 as opposed to 0.9
but since when is X = Y
(Mini for Y)
Y = Z
getting no overpay?
Are we considering hats pure now?
I can 110% say you're going to make some smart comment and I urge you to NOT do so even though i would in the exact same circumstance but uh
Explain?
Since last time i checked
Actual Sale is to find the pure price of the hat you're suggesting
Mini 1 is to find the pure price of the hat involved in the actual suggestion
Minis are mini suggestions, thus it's logical to say that overpay is applied IF the sale was NOT pure, because Items are not pure (Except clean Aussies, but it's debatable)
If this "Stacked overpay" garbage is how it's being played out then ALL of my suggestion trains that I have done for about 3 months now, are all invalid, because I can just as easily convert those to minis and, ooh, suddenly they're just exempt from overpay? What kind of bull is that?
I'm not reading that wall. I'm of the school of thought that if you can't explain a thought succinctly, it's not worth expressing at all.
You don't apply double overpay. So, don't apply overpay in the mini, then apply it in the main suggestion.
Yes, the point is find the pure value of a hat. So if you apply overpay in the mini, that gives you the pure value of the mini'd hat.
If you put overpay on that, you're putting overpay on pure. You don't put overpay on pure.
Then explain to me how, using that logic, my chains of suggestions are valid and why chains of minis are invalid
ps Read the Wall, if you want an intelligent discussion ya can't just instantly devalue a point by not reading it .-.
Also, I hear it's up to the discretion of the suggestor. <-- which means leave them alone
Another point, Triple Overpay (Which is actually Double Overpay) is where I say it's wrong, Double Overpay? That's not double overpay up there, and you're considering hats pure, to which they AREN'T. Might as well say if the Mini is in pure, no overpay on the actual sale, again, absolute bull
I'm also standing my ground on this one since i've taken Drop here under my metaphorical wing as a Suggesting mentor, and i've been using the same method for almost 2 years now, All of the suggestions involving the method getting accepted
So don't call "double (It's not Double) overpay" the wrong way to suggest if it works anyway
If you want a discussion, this isn't the place. Message me on steam.
Suffice to say, you're incorrect. I've explained why and you're too stubborn to see.
In Sale #1 the Pullover had no outpost trade, so it's most likely it was offered on the Lid, therefore you have to apply overpay.
The Pullover is also duped, so you need to find a mini.
As others said, you shouldn't apply double overpay in Sale #2
+The mini is a bulk sale, so it would be better if you could find a different sale
Also there is this sale
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198077408118?time=1448438400&compare=1448524800
You should resuggest after you sorted everything out
We're coming out with a new set of rules to clarify the issues on overpay soon. There will be a few rules changes involved. Have a look out for that.
Here sale 1 is going to be a bit lower than 130 and sale 2 probably a bit higher than 130. 130 is probably close enough to the mean value
