Okay so theres a ton of sales around 30 and 2 sales ~50. I was gonna make a large range until I saw sale 9. It being unsold for nearly a month at 30, even stating in the notes he was willing to take 25 makes me confident that the ~30 range sales are best to use here. Going 30-33, excluding the 25 sale itself and the "high sales". Both "bulk sales" (8 and 10) support this value rather than 50 as well
