I bought one of these for 9 and thought the current price was a little low. :P This is actually the lowest priced Peace Sign hat. I'd really expect it to be around 11-12 keys.

it's being refreshed so in a way it can be called low but also not low enough

I've bought/sold over 100 low-tier Unusuals last month. :p Only two were Peace Sign. I pretty much pay 9 keys for any Peace Sign Hat expecting them to go for around 11+ keys, or extremely easily for 10 keys. I'd like to see this be higher, but people will follow bp.tf prices anyways when buying/selling, because people make me sad. :\
