BO at 95, sales at 108 and 116. Feedback welcome

Eeeeh... Given the B/O I'd be inclined to say the sales are high, especially given that he's received no offers :/

But, time will tell :P

3 sales above now, I think a range is reasonable. Can always go lower in future, but this seems to be what it's worth for the moment.

I can only agree because the 95 seller removed their B/O, but that's an agreement nonetheless, I guess

Hrm that is problematic for the low end. :/ He would have taken 95, as he had the BO up for a week, but I didn't screenshot it so can't prove that now.
