Yes Burning tyrant owned by Polar before was clean http://backpack.tf/item/1116664507. I don't think it's will change that much since duped is almost sold as a clean.

I'm pretty sure you need a mini to back up this claim, esp for high tier hats like these. Cant just take values of clean ones for dupes.
