Sales 2 and 7 can be given as outliers probably due to fear of crash after halloween which is a justified reason given the hats are only available in 7 unusual forms and can apparently be unboxed in those forms even now when event is over (seriously valve why? How can you mess up halloween?)

Given that the larger involves 2 pure sales and sale 4 having a large amount of pure with it also, I will have to go with these.

Plenty of offers in the time for the ~275 mark in outpost listings previously

270-300 appears to be the range

Novelty effect on a pretty cute hat (adorable on a pyro :3) its like the Banana Hat.

But novelties wear off so how long it will stay at this price is unknown *cue dramatic music*

This is my first attempt at a larger suggestion (with many sales)
